Security Commitment

1. Security Relationships and Responsibilities

1.1 Shared Security Responsibility: Industrial Networks and Customer shall each be responsible for implementing appropriate security measures in accordance with their respective roles as outlined in this Amendment.

1.2 Industrial Networks Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain industry-standard security controls and protocols, including but not limited to encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including [e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA].

  • Provide timely notification to Customer in the event of a security incident affecting Customer data.

1.3 Customer Responsibilities:

  • Maintain secure access credentials and ensure internal compliance with security policies.

  • Notify Industrial Networks promptly of any suspected unauthorized access or security breaches. Notifications shall be made to security@inetlp.com.

  • Adhere to the Industrial Networks acceptable use and security policies.

2. Security Commitments and Requirements

2.1 Support and Incident Response:

  • Industrial Networks shall provide 24/7 customer support for security-related issues.

  • Critical security incidents will be responded to within 1 business day from the time of notification.

2.2 Data Protection and Compliance:

  • Industrial Networks shall comply with applicable data protection regulations and implement technical and organizational measures to protect Customer data.

  • Customer data will be encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols.
